Ok, well, after meeting with Skipp today it looks like our payments could at the most be $962! We were expecting $850. Did you know that the taxes on a house almost double if the property was not occupied the past year and then WE have to pay said taxes! We won't know for sure until we go to closing. Skipp is ordering the appraisal today so we have to see how that turns out. I feel like we've been falling down a mountain hitting every rock along the way with this process!

The town house finally passed inspection this morning!!! Now onto the financing....

They told us they fixed the cracked water pipe yesterday so we went to finish the inspection today. Gilbert, the inspector, turned the water on and after a few minutes the water came rushing out of the air conditioner vent! Sigh... More waiting for them to fix crap. We're never gonna get to move.

Summer Fun

Skyler and I took the camera to Shepherdstown yesterday. She noticed a metal window thing that looked like an "S" so we decided to try and find all the letters in her name. It was fun! :)


Before school let out Skyler had planned an end of the year party for her and her friends. She chose bowling so today I played taxi, picked them all up, and took them to Pikeside. It was really fun! Skyler's the coolest!

The inspection went well. The water wasn't turned on so we couldn't check everything which means more waiting. I think it'll take a miracle for us to get in before July. Here's some pics Show took...

Now we have to get through the appraisal and inspection and hopefully if all goes well we'll be in by the 1st of July!
