The inspection went well. The water wasn't turned on so we couldn't check everything which means more waiting. I think it'll take a miracle for us to get in before July. Here's some pics Show took...

I can see it now. All of us at the dinner table stareing at the tomatoe sauce covered meatball I just dropped on the rug.
