I really hate to blog about this but we fell in love with a townhouse in Stonebridge Golf Course! It has everything we want: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a deep master tub, a finished basement, a fenced yard, central air, and it's an end unit with a view of the 9th hole (which Show loves)! It's a foreclosure for $115. There's even a club pool and Sky's best friend lives right up the road!!!



The bad news is someone else may have put a contract on it already :( We're trying to find out for sure. But contracts fall through all the time right! I know I'll get a job and it's not like the mortgage would be outragous, about $800/month. I could finally walk around a neighborhood again! Sky could visit friends! We could throw Nita outside in the yard when she's driving us nuts! The relief of all these frustrations would be enormous! As much as we've appreciated Dad letting us rent for the past two years it's time for us to move on. And this place would be perfect!
