Well, that TH definately has a contract on it. :(

There were 2 other TH's in Stonebridge that weren't as great but we decided to give 1 of them another chance. It'll need a deck and we'll have to finish the basement but at $109 that wouldn't be too bad. It's a short sale and we're waiting to hear if any other offers have been put it on it already.
